Light and crisp, the aroma is filled with stone fruit, mineral and bisquit notes. The creamy, medium-bodied palate is filled with citrus and apple flavors. Good flavor and elegance just not much of a finish.

Complex bouquet of almond, honey and buttered toast. Fuji apple, candied ginger and hazelnut spice flavors. Hints of citrus blossom with a long, soft and creamy structure. More fruit-forward than many sparklers which is why I really liked it. Though technically "brut" be forewarned.

A pale, straw-colroed wine with a lovely bouquet of citrus, apple, toast and chalk. The palate is light-bodied, elegant and delicate with a fine mousse but great depth of flavors that mirror the nose and a clean, focused finish of lemon and yeast notes. Most Bruts are too dry for me, but this one had just enough fruit to keep me engaged. Chiquet is a small grower who only produces 16,000 cases annually of ten different bottlings. I'm not generally a Champagne fan but this one made me finish my glass in a hurry. It's not exactly cheap, but its' quality exceeds its' competition in this price range. A true field blend of 45% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. Aged on lees 2.5 to 4 years. (12.5% abv)

Delicate pear and floral notes backed by toasty almond. On the palate, one finds lively citrus, toast and apple flavors overlaid with persistent effervescence, a creamy mid-palate and toasty finish.

Light gold in colour, this wine displays attractive floral and fresh fruit flavours with yeast characters and aromas. Dry and crisp with medium acidity and green apple and toast on the palate. Lovely sparkler for the price.

A light salmon color off-dry wine with ripe red fruit aromas. The flavors display nice strawberry and wild cherry fruit, with a touch of richness on the mid palate. It is balanced with dry, crisp acidity and complimented with a creamy texture and long finish. A good rose wine for the price.

A light peach rose colored wine with very fine bubbles. The aroma is mostly stone fruits and strawberry with notes of flowers, brioche and vanilla. The palate is light-bodied and fruity with full flavors of peach, pear, yeast and honey on the lingering finish. This is a great aperitif wine as it's Extra Dry, giving the impression of sweetness while still being crisp and biscuity. Made from an almost even split of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with smidges of Pinot Gris and Pinot Meunier. Comes in at a relatively low abv 12.5% with 3% residual sugar. If you like your sparklers Brut, this is not the wine for you. Personally, I think it straddled the line between fruity and dry quite nicely. An impressive sparkler for the price. Will be buying again.

The wine is pale, almost water-white with a slight straw color and very fine bubbles. The nose was filled with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and a hint of almonds. The palate is well-balanced, delicate and light-bodied with bright acidity and flavors mirroring the nose, though in a more subtle way with the peach and citrus emerging a bit more as it warmed. While it has some residual sugar, the palate was much drier than I expected or have encountered in domestic sparklers in the Extra Dry range. Perhaps the qualities of the prosecco grape have something to do with that. Would be a great sparkler for a party as it paired well with food, is only 11.5% abv and will satisfy Brut lovers as well. Good QPR for a wine made using the tank method.

A green apple and jasmine fragrance, filled out by tropical fruit notes. The bright citrus entry on the palate gives way to subtle honey and caramel, with just a hint of fresh cream to balance the zesty acid.
